Long term discounts available.
No more than 5 adults should reside in the apartment during the rental period.
Only those named on the booking form are allowed to stay in the apartment. Name changes maybe made, if agreed with the owner prior to arrival at the apartment. Persons under the age of 21 residing in the apartment shall have parental/adult supervision.
The payments can be by Paypal / bank transfer.
In order to secure the booking dates it is necessary to pay £100-00 non-refundable reservation /
security deposit fee. Payment should be received within 2 working days, a receipt will be
sent, upon cleared funds. At the same time, the lead person should sign and complete the booking form, including full name. The lead person will be responsible to finalize the payment.
The full payment is required 8 weeks before your departure- for bookings in JULY AND AUGUST:
cleaning charge: euros 20 at entry to the apartment.
Price includes: bed linen and bathroom towels. Note: Beach towels are not included.
Clients wishing to use our meet and greet service will be charged 20.00 Euros. After 7pm this will increase to 30.00 Euros, this is to cover charges for late call out.
This is payable locally to our rep in Spain on arrival at the apartment.
The security deposit will be refunded in full, subject to any damages or breakages to the apartment, the return of the keys. A transfer will be returned to the Lead Name that was indicated on the Booking Form, within 10 days of departure from the apartment.
Directions and information on the apartment will be posted separately, once the final balance has been paid.
Check-in/out: Weekends, but flexible outside peak season.
Check-in 3pm and check-out 11am, however we may be flexible on times, if there are no back to back bookings. Check-in between 10pm and 8am has extra charge of 45 EUR.
